By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service:
- I reserve the right to accept and decline any commission request.
- Payment is due after the sketch is approved or upfront in full.
- Any applicable taxes will be added to the commission price (ex: Robux).
- Payments can be made through PayPal or Ko-fi
- Revisions can only be made during the sketch phase; additional fees will apply for changes afterward.
- Estimated completion times may vary by commission; I’ll provide an ETA when the request is confirmed.
- Do not claim my art as your own, trace, or use it in any AI applications.
- My watermark must remain intact on all artwork.
- All personal information regarding the commission will remain confidential.
- Please provide as much / as little details as you would like.Intellectual and Usage Rights
- I retain full rights to all artwork I create. By default, I may use the work as a portfolio example or post it on social media unless a request is made otherwise.
- All commissioned works are for personal use only. Reposting by the commissioner is permitted with credit to @choki_ru.
- Alterations, edits, or modifications to the artwork require my acknowledgment and permission.
